After a brief illness on March 24th aged 62 years, Paul. A devoted partner, treasured dad and step-dad, adored grandad. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.

Family and friends please meet on Wednesday April 23rd for a service in Durham Crematorium at 2:00pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu kindly received for Childhood Eye Cancer Trust (CHECT). A donation box will be available at the crematorium.

After retiring I used to meet up with Paul and a few other work colleagues every 6 weeks or so for breakfast & was always great to catch up with him

My dad worked with Paul for a lot of years. Paul would often call in to see my mam and dad for a cuppa and to show them his latest car after my dad retired. A true gentleman and will be greatly missed. RIP Paul xx

As a bairn, he forbade me to put a toe in his room ... ever. This particular day I put my tap shoes on, grabbed my recorder (two things he hated) danced and played at his doorway then took a photo of his face. My only brother. I am now incomplete.
