What a gent! I only knew Steve (Puds) for just over 14 months but it felt like I knew him years. From the moment I interviewed him I knew he was someone who would fit into our team and how right I was. Kind, generous, loyal and an all round nice bloke. Nothing was ever too much and his colleagues and customers loved him. Still feels weird now not seeing him stroll in 10 minutes late and us all clap him in. His quick comebacks and one off comments still make me laugh now.

Thanks for teaching so much in the short period I knew you Steve, and I can honestly say you succeed in what you set out to do, “I just want to get back at the enemy”.

RIP Stevie and thank you for everything.

Luke

Just wanted to say we knew Steve for around 30 years and we were all friends since 1989. We all had some good memories from the old days. Trips to the caravan, Chessington when all the kids were younger.

Our condolences to all the family at this sad time, especially Luke, Ruth and Fred.

Steve, taken too early. Fond memories working with you, at your time with Jewson. We had some good conversations over the years and we enjoyed the talk on Am-Dram and theatre. You'll be missed by all and your family. Sleep tight 🙏
