In loving memory of Marina May Hales who sadly passed away on 23rd February 2025, aged 72 years.

A loving wife to Richard, mother to Rebecca and Stephen, mother-in-law to Louise and Peter. A beautiful Nana to Lewis, Nellie and Harry. Loving sister to Pauline, Caroll and Teresa. Amazing Auntie to Kay, Antony, Marie, Tracey, Sharon, Debbie, Sally, Hannah and all the lovely children.

Marina was diagnosed with mixed Alzheimers and Vascular Dementia.

This very cruel disease needs more support for research, Marina's family would like too help support other families in the future.

The amazing memories I have will hold a special place in my heart forever. Our elevenses, carnivals, parties at your, ladies days, trips to France, you blasting out phantom of the opera to wake me and Bec up on a Saturday morning to name but a few. You became like a second mum to me from very early on, gave me my best friend and just treated me like family and that never changed from childhood into adulthood and me having a family of my own. So I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my second family, you are a truly special person who I will miss dearly sleep tight, no more pain. Love you Marina xx
