Raymond Norman Pillinger (9 May 1935 - 21 Feb 2025)

In loving memory of Raymond Norman Pillinger who sadly passed away on 21st February 2025.

Ray was a loving husband to Wendy, father to Rachel and Jeremy, step father to Emma, Amy and Jenny, grandad to Joseph, Beatrice, Christian and Iris and uncle to David and James.

Ray worked for many years at Shell Research joining as a laboratory technician and later becoming a senior scientist. He loved his time at Shell, both the fascinating work and the many friends that he made during his time there, as well as it being the meeting place for him and Barbara, the mother of his children.
