It was an honour and privilege to serve you and your family during this tragic time. We of course never got to meet Steven, but seeing the outpouring of love, respect and wonderful tributes to a man, who was clearly special in so many ways, touched our hearts. Getting to know you John, and seeing how you faced these past few weeks with dignity and courage was inspirational.
