Uncle Ian will be greatly missed, but I know my mum was in heaven to welcome her baby brother with open arms! I too enjoyed his stories and how he could make us laugh telling of all his shenanigans 😁 Our thoughts and prayers are with you all 🙏🏻

We met Patsy and Ian on a Mediterranean Cruise many years ago.
They were celebrating their wedding anniversary. We remained in touch ever since, by phone and visits. Ian and Patsy always ensured we felt welcomed and relaxed. Ian was a kind, respectful gentleman and a great storyteller. We thoroughly enjoyed listening to his stories about his time in the Merchant Navy and the many antics he got up to with his brothers when he was younger. He was what we referred to in Australia as a 'Larrikin'. We were heartbroken when Patsy told us of Ian's passing. He will always have a special place in our hearts.

Uncle Ian,
You have always had a special place in my heart. I always enjoyed talking to you when you would call Nanny or vice versa. You made my first and only trip to England so memorable. I came back to the states and as always felt like my love of sweets came from you. I still remember sitting at the table or outside with you and that smile of yours. You will be missed; give my Nanny, Papa and my
Dad a big hug up there in heaven for me. Love you!

Aunt Patsy,
My heart and prayers go out to you and your family. May God give you all strength and peace. Love you all.
