  • From day one nearly 36 years ago I was welcomed into your life and family, your love and generosity knew no bounds, the hole you have left in all our lives is massive and you are sorely missed. The twinkle in your eye has finally gone out but your memory will live on in all of us for ever and ever. Much love, Panto xxx

Trying to write something here has really hit home what an immense loss Pauline will be to her family, friends and anyone she met. What a beacon of joy, love and family. Having known her as a young boy growing up with her son, the love, support and unbridled encouragement in everything Tim did was something very special. “Play the washing song boys”. Words I will never forget and will always bring me great joy. What a mum. As the years went by and we grew up, I would visit & report back on how life was in Essex and then in turn I would hear all her family news… and that was Pauline in a nutshell. Her family. She and George shaped & encouraged an absolutely super family. All of whom would regularly meet up and make wonderful memories together. What a wonderful legacy for her to leave behind. After my own mother passed away, Pauline unknowingly helped to fill a very large gap in my life and I will always be grateful for that and I will miss her very much indeed.
