Poem - Love in our hearts

Eileen has gone
But her memory lives on
A friendly face
So blessed with grace

A devoted mum
Loved by her son
A wonderful nan
Of whom I was a fan

Happy and caring
Her love was for sharing
Full of good fun
Admired by everyone

Now that she's gone
Life must go on
But as she departs
She leaves love in our hearts
