Born in a small town of Crosby on May 15, 1930, Edna May Hartley began her journey through life . Edna was the eldest daughter of Joseph Rawley and his wife Lilian Rawley .
Edna started her first job in English leather in south road ,Waterloo which she loved and she was that impressive and hard working she was requested by her employers for a day out in bold street Liverpool to collect shoes for the store .
Not long after she met Walter and married March 19 ,1949 and had 6 loving children Glenys , Linda ,Sheila, Thelma,
Kevin and Ian who all had a loving and caring upbringing in Grecian street Seaforth , Edna was always hard working for her children , best dressed and a lovely home .
Edna and Walter separated and Edna managed and brought up her loving children proudly and thats when she met
Colin who they had lots and lots off happy times going to Bala and Wales in there lovely caravan , Edna's children grew and married so Edna became a grandmother and then a great grandmother for who she totally adored and loved so very much nothing was ever to much for she was always there for each and everyone of them .
Edna was such a happy caring loving fun pleasant lady who have a loving big family that will miss her so so much .
Her life is a celebration and lots off wonderful memories we all had together.

A wonderful thing is an elephant,
It flys from bow to bow
It makes its nest in a rhubarb tree
And whistles like a cow!

I'm teaching Harry your poem already nan!
