So sad to hear of Johns passing. He was a talented and devoted cameraman who took great pride in his art and looked after his Central TV colleagues at all times. He came up with some novel inventions as well, some of which are now common place in the industry. RIP John.

So sad to hear we have lost John. Such a loyal Camera Supervisor and somebody I had huge respect for throughout my time at Central/Carlton. He was a brilliant camera operator as well, somebody who always had that extra gear to go up, whenever he needed to.
The support and guidance I received whilst being a part of his crew, helped to shape my career and I will always be forever grateful to him for that.
RIP John and thank you for the happy memories I carry with me.
