Edward Thomas Jones (Tom) passed away peacefully in Woodfield Court Care Home on August 24th, 2024 aged 90. Dearly loved dad of Gary and Anne, father-in-law to Paula and David and loving grandad to Elliot, Jess, Dylan, Molly and Megan. Tom will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
