My dear friend Wendy, life won’t be the same. You were always there for me in good times and bad, as I were for you “true friendship”, sisters as we called each other.

We had some wonderful times together days and nights out, parties, holidays or simply meeting up for a cuppa and a chat. You were a good listener and always gave good advice and being very supporting through sad times.
As well as being friends we worked together for 30 years you were always kind and caring to both patients and staff going that extra mile.
As the time moves on each day it gets to 4:30 I wait for the phone to ring or think I will ring Wendy.
You were taken way too soon. Love you
Fly high my angel until we meet again xx

Well my friend what can I say. You are sadly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know you. Your smile lit up every room. Your compassion and caring was second to none. You touched the hearts and lives of many in your time and that is a rare gift. You were a gift to us all and for all the chats and laughs we had, along with Peter, I thank you. Rest in peace. xxx

Aunty Wendy, I still can’t believe you’re no longer with us. You were the life and soul of every family celebration and always made it your mission to get people up, dancing and smiling. You were there for everyone of us, looking after us from being little - and always spoiling us with gifts (because that’s what happened when we visited aunty Wendy’s house, including my girls too). You meant so much to us and I really don’t know what we’re all going to do without you. We will always have those amazing, wonderful memories (and lots of funny stories too) but I just wish you were still here to make more. I’ll try and keep my mum in check but we all know you were the best at doing so, and her partner in crime too! She misses you so much already. Love and miss you always. You certainly lived life your way (the best way of course) and I will always keep your memory alive with my girls too. You will be missed beyond measure. XxxX

Dear Wendy, I will never forget you, you were such a good friend to me funny, kind and generous you made our long night shifts bearable with your cheerful disposition and funny stories.Your nursing skills far exceeded your pay grade you took pride in your work but your real skills were your interactions with people you could make even the most grumpiest patient laugh and your presence brightened their day.It was a pleasure and a privilege to know you Wendy I will never forget you xxx
