who peacefully passed from this world on 19th August 2024,
held closely in the loving arms of her daughter Carly,
surrounded by the people who loved her beyond words,
and resting peacefully at home — exactly where she longed to be.
No words could ever measure the love Heather gave,
or the space she leaves behind in the hearts of those who knew her.
She was a beautiful soul, a devoted mum,
and the heart of our family.
Though our hearts are broken and we miss her more than words can say,
we take comfort in knowing she is now free from pain,
at peace, and forever watching over us with love.
A part of us went with her that day,
and life will never feel the same without her laughter, warmth, and gentle presence.
But her love will live on in every memory, every tear, and every moment she shaped in our lives.
