Dear Bill

I was shocked to hear the news about Karen, I am sorry for your loss.

She was so full of life and I'm glad we had the chance to reconnect over the last few years. I know how much she meant to my mother, she was always supportive and caring, she will be missed greatly.

You both are in our thoughts.

Adam and Nina

Dear Bill, We are so very sorry to hear the sad news about Karen. She was the most lovely lady, always smiling and cheerful, and happy to have a chat. Karen always let Lucie and Dylan stroke the doggies and play with the puppy. We will miss her greatly and remember her warm smile. Jess and Laurent xx
