In loving memory of Peter Frederick Shelton who sadly passed away on 1st April 2024.
Peter was born in 1932 to Mary Ann Ada and Frederick Charles Shelton. He grew up in Northfleet where he enjoyed many happy years with his brothers David and Dennis.
Peter married Avril in 1953 and they lived together in Northfleet, with their loving children Joanne and Jeremy.
Peter’s career as a chainsmith began as an apprenticeship at the age of 14 and over the years he progressed through the ranks, eventually working as a salesman.
Peter and Avril were much loved members of the community of St Nicholas Church in Southfleet where Peter’s funeral will take place.
We would love for you to join us on Thursday 18th April to celebrate Peter’s life.
11.30am at St Nicholas Church, Southfleet
1pm at Thamesview Crematorium
Please join us afterwards at the Little Hermitage (a 5 minute drive from the crematorium).
