The funeral will be a private family event. A chance for the wider Bedales community to join together to remember Will will hopefully take place later in the year.
Rather than flowers, we would gratefully accept donations to our chosen charities. Two local hospice charities and Macmillan. All three charities supported Will and continue to support us as a family.

I am profoundly sad to hear these news. Billy Lithgow was over many years our beloved solo cellist and toured with us for years giving numerous most successful concerts throughout the world. He was one of the greatest musicians within our ranks and a lovely, sensitive and fun-loving person. I will miss him dearly.

We are very much saddened by this news. It was a joy to know Billy, we shall remember so many wonderful moments during the years we spent touring and giving concerts all over the UK, Europe and Brazil. My deepest condolences to his family .
