John was an amazing man. He was always willing to help people in any way he could. He even used to look after my young daughter on the side of the pitch so I could play for his beloved Glascote Swifts. A very special man who will be sorely missed by many.

I asked becky to read this to you but she never got the chance

I know all those years ago we didn’t exactly see eye to eye but I just wanted to make sure you know how thankful I am for everything you have done for Thomas , I wasn’t much of a dad but he was lucky because he had you by his side and you was a much better father to him than i ever could have been , he tells me about all the great memory’s you and him share and I see his eyes light up when he talks about your adventures around the world together , you was a huge part of his life and I will be forever gratefull , more than you will ever know , I just needed you to know that i just wish i hadn’t left it until now to say it to you but rest assured I’m there for him now and always will be and if I can do it half as good as you then I’ll be a happy man , thank you John your a legend and I hope you find piece 💙
