Such a positive lady, who was always so smartly dressed. She will now be reunited with Ronnie, David and Matthew, plus her sister Anne.

Me (Mazzy) and great grandma Audrey June of 2023 when I went to visit after my grandad David and my father Matthew’s passing. I had my grandma Carol take me, and we surprised her! She was so excited to see me and my mom, we all shared some yummy snacks❤️

My great grandma Audrey was always so fully of life! She loved to hear about the happenings in my life, and always had the best stories to share. Living so far away from family (I’m in the US) has always been difficult in terms of never having enough time to be with the ones we love, but grandma was always excited to see me, to give me a home cooked meal, and to be so invested in my life, even from far away! I always loved how both grandma and grandad never missed a birthday, graduation, or holiday. I would look forward to the cute cards and wonderful messages in them. It’s the small gestures in life that really convey the amount of love there is, and there sure was a lot of love to be given from grandma. I will miss our conversation about her life, and how cute she always thought my boyfriend was, a real keeper according to grandma ❤️.

  • She loved the little blanket your mum crocheted for her. You didn't know what colour her chair was but it matched perfectly!

So sorry to hear this sad news. Mum and Audrey were good friends and worked at Fine Fare together. They spent many a night with my dad and Ronnie at Hawker Siddley 'do's' and the Green Barn. Hope they're having a really good time chatting together about happy times.
