In loving memory of Hannah Ware (Moss) who found her peace on 4th March 2024.
Hannah was an amazing woman who leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter. Her family would love for you to join them in celebrating her life.
It would be lovely if attendees can have some colour in their attire; Hannah's life is to be celebrated and whilst black will be more than acceptable, some colour, something floral or a bit of sparkle would reflect how Hannah lived.
Please note that the ceremony will be family flowers only. If you would like to make a contribution, donations to the Weldmar hospice will be most welcomed and appreciated.

On my brief acquaintance with Hannah, her warm nature shone through. I wish I'd had time to get to know her better but she was taken too soon. My condolences to Chris, Richard, Sarah and all other family and friends.

Dear Chris, last November Hannah commented on your love for each other and said she wouldn’t have got through chemo etc without your love and support. I thank you for that and hope it may be of some comfort to you in the difficult days ahead.
