In loving memory of Luke Edward (Louie) Walsh. Born Rhue, Tubbercurry, Ireland on 6th September 1939 and died Nottingham 28th February 2024.
Thank you ALL that attended Louies Funeral yesterday 22nd Mar 24 or the night before when he was brought in to St Teresa's, thanks for those that watched on line from various locations around the world. Thankyou All for helping Louie when he needed you, even if it was only a phone call or few kind words in the street. Thankyou to the wonderful neighbours he has had for the last 38 years. Special thanks to those wonderful people that continually visited him at home and in the hospital over the years, some of which had their own crosses to bear but still made time for the legend that is Louie Walsh. Special thanks to all at St Teresa's, The Headstocks, C Terry at Bulwell, Best Buds Flowers, the dedicated healthcare staff that have looked after Louie over the years.
From the extended Walsh family in Nottingham, New York and Tubbercurry.

Louie was a genuine, lovely human being. Growing up as his next door neighbour I will never forget how supportive, helpful and amiable he was to me and my family, I always will cherish the time I had him and his late wife lady teresa as my next door neighbours. He will remain forever missed and in my ❤️, me and my family will always remain indebted for the kindness you showed us all these years ❤️ God bless and may your soul rest in peace my dear freind. I'm sorry I wasn't there to see you in your last moments. Your warm smile will be remembered forever.

Your neighbour from 31 nuthall road
