In loving memory of Marie Frances O'Connell, who sadly passed away on 24th February 2024.
Mummy was an amazing woman, and she would love for us all to celebrate her! She was never one for sadness and put up a fierce fight all the way until the end.
The church service will begin at 10:00am and will be held at Our Lady of La Salette and Saint Joseph Catholic Church. The address is as follows:

On the day of the funeral if you could please wear something purple for Lupus, which was a disease that Mummy was hugely affected by, but NEVER let it define her. We are also raising money for Lupus UK and Kidney Transplant Association and any donations will be much appreciated as these were charities close to her heart.
The crematorium service will also be live streamed, so if you are unable to make it you can watch it on there.
Thank you so much for all of your love, support, and kind words about Mummy. It’s been a great comfort during this tough time.

We all miss you so much Marie. You were a special woman and I was always in awe of your fighting spirit and constant positive attitude despite the world often dealing you a bad hand. Watching the Cheltenham Festival this week wasn’t the same without you, that was always our thing and I’ll always cherish those memories. It doesn’t feel right you not asking me for the Arsenal score anymore, or having you ask me “grab us a couple of lollies babe” as I went to the kitchen.
It makes me sad that you were only part of my life for a short while, but I’ll feel forever blessed that you were.
