On 23rd February 2024, in hospital, of Hanging Heaton, aged 85 years, Dorothy, devoted wife of the late Arnold, loving mother of David and Allison, very dear mother in law of the late Stephen, beloved grandma of Leanne, Daniel, Emily and Annabelle.
Funeral service will be held at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Thursday 14th March 2024 at 2pm. Friends and family please gather at the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in her memory may be placed in the collection box provided or sent to George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of Methodist Church Funds In Dorothy’s memory it would be appreciated if those attending could wear a touch of purple at the service.
The family would like to convey their most sincere thanks to all the staff of Ward 11 District Hospital, Dewsbury, for their support and care to Dorothy and the family.

Dorothy - Greek origin meaning “Gift of God” and yes you were beautiful on the inside as well as the outside. Fond memories never to be forgotten. My sincere condolences to all the family, love Mandy xx
