John was a committed Rotarian and a good friend to so many. We will miss him from our club.

In loving memory of John Yates who sadly passed away on 1st February 2024.
John will be dearly missed by his wife, Eileen, daughter Deborah, son-in-law, Kevin and grandchildren Jacob and Grace.
John was a member of Stafford Rotary Club, loved sports including horseracing, swimming and supported Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club.
He fought a brave, constant battle with his health through life but despite this he always thought of others. A wonderful, caring gentleman who was loved so much.
The Funeral will be family flowers only. Donations to Melanoma UK. John's wish was not to have a wake after the funeral.
