The death occurred suddenly on Wednesday 31st January 2024 at home of Mr. Jacob Taylor, affectionately known as Jake, of Hamilton Terrace, Pembroke.
Jake will be sadly missed by his family and many friends.
The funeral service will take place on Thursday 15th February 2024 at Zoar Chapel SA67 8QH at 1.30pm followed by interment at Monkton Cemetery at 3.00pm.
