Bill passed away suddenly but peacefully on 23rd January 2024, aged 75 years. Much loved husband to Rachel, loving dad of Alastair and Jonathan, treasured grandad to Joe, Ben and Ted, brother to June.

A great man, clubman, gentleman and a true freind. Spend many days working with Bill to turn the new ground from a rough field to the exceptional special place it is now. Bill will leave many legacies with so many people and can only thank the lord for gifting us with his exceptional talent, skill and understanding. Not a day will go by that I will not think of Bill fondly and with great pride that I knew this great man. Miss you every day mate. Hope you’re looking down on us with a smile and I hope I can be half the man you were. X
