In loving memory of Patrick Joseph "Paddy" Purcell

The death has occurred unexpectedly of Paddy Purcell who died peacefully at St Thomas’ Hospital, London on Monday 29th January 2024.

Paddy is predeceased by his beloved parents Mary and Patrick, his uncles Matty and John (Kelly). He will be dearly missed and always remembered by his loving wife of 52 years Anne (née Geoghegan), his son Padraig, his daughters Catherine, Michelle, Diane, Mary, Elizabeth and Anne-Marie.

His beloved brothers Ben (Derrybeg) and Johnny (Mountrath), his adored and cherished grandchildren Breandan, Joseph, Emily, Liam, Darragh, Rosie, Jennifer, Dulcie, Lily-Marie, Finnley, Ava, Cerys, and Hudson, his sons-in-law Tony Durkin, Ian Crilly, Adam Rutland and Neal Richards, his daughter-in-law Kerry, his brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and his many friends and neighbours in England, Ireland and further afield.

Funeral Mass for Paddy will be celebrated at 1pm on Wednesday, 21st February, at St Wilfrid's RC Church, 97 Lorrimore Road, London SE17 3LZ.

Paddy will then make his final journey home to Ireland and be laid to rest on Saturday, 24th February, after a Requiem Mass at 11am in St. Patrick's Church, Killeigh, Co. Offaly.
