In loving memory of Barry John Elliott who sadly passed away on 11th January 2024
Barry passed away peacefully at home on the 11th January.
His 'rock n roll' lifestyle, heart condition and pneumonia causing his early demise aged just 56.
Barry had a great sense of humour, he was always the first to make you laugh at a funeral.
He made friends wherever he went, some fleeting, some lifelong.
With no regrets, he was his own man, he was many different things to a lot of people.
Also generous, and on many occasions would be helping others less fortunate especially with sharing his dinner table or letting people stay on his sofa if they had nowhere to go.
The family have chose CRISIS charity for any donations. This charity is working hard to end homelessness in Britain. Everyone deserves a safe and stable environment and they support people from all communities that need help with shelter and food, and getting people back on their feet to enjoy living again.
However small your donation in Barry's memory, you will be helping someone less fortunate.
Thank-you all very much for your kind words of condolence and for all the love you have shown for Barry , it means a lot to us.
