Gary Bremner (31 Jul 1968 - 19 Jan 2024)

In loving memory of Gary Bremner who sadly passed away on 19th January 2024.

As many of you know, Gary was a very kind and gentle 'giant' of a man who loved nothing more than seeing his friends and family smile.

In his younger days, he was an avid wreck diver who achieved master diver status and was able to dive some of the worlds biggest ship wrecks; something many could only dream of!

Gary worked many jobs, lots of them in pubs in his younger day. Later in life he joined the Council and was a postman, so to say he had a go at many different walks of life is an understatement. All those that met him, instantly loved him.

He fell head over heels in love with Catherine while he was working one of his pub jobs and took on her 3 children, proceeding to grace the family with one of his own. Although, he was the best father in the world, to all 4.

There are a million and one stories about Gary. You will hear a different one with every friend or family member that you meet, so please feel free to ask to hear them all!

In his final days, Gary was cared for brilliantly by the nurses and doctors at Royal Papworth Hospital, which is why we have decided to add them as our charity of choice. We hope many of you will donate to them.

We hope to see as many of you at his funeral as possible.
