'Dan' passed away on 26th December 2023, aged 41 years. Much loved husband, dad, son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew and a special friend to many.
At the request of the family there is no formal dress code.
Family flowers only please.
Following the Church Service there will be a private Committal at Bretby Crematorium.
A wake in Dan's memory will follow on from the service at Burton Albion Football Club.

My little (but big) brother,
Words can not express how much your passing has broken my heart… I am proud to always carry part of you with me. DNA made us siblings, but we was friends through choice. We had up’s and down’s like many friendships but my love for you never altered.
Rest in eternal peace… I hope heaven is all you imagined ❤️
