In loving memory of Joan Hopkins who sadly passed away on 19th December 2023.
Joan died in Rotherwood Care Home after a short illness following a full and vibrant life for the entirety of her 93 years.
She was a mother , grandmother , great grandmother and great great grandmother boasting 5 living generations " none of you would be here if it wasn't for me "!!!
She leaves behind a family who cherished her, memories full of laughter and the wish that we all remember her with a smile.
