Barry Cross (20 Dec 1948 - 23 Nov 2023)

Although i didn't see Barry that much over the many years, and not at all in recent years, he always had a special place in my heart. I think we had a lot in common and shared a similar taste in music.
What i remember most is his wicked sense of humour. His Christmas cards often had me in stitches.
The news of his death has come as an enormous shock and I do hope he is now at peace.
I shall miss him not being there very much.

Cousin Phil

I always had a soft spot for Barry who was a very kind, sensitive and gentle person. When he came to Lidget Green, Bradford, to visit his grandma he would take me for a ride on his motorbike. Philip and I once took him to the Heartbeat night club to experience the night life in Bradford with my best friend Brenda who Barry took a shine to. Happy memories. He will be sadly missed.

Barry the man with the lovely smile and beautiful eyes, in his presence you felt his kindness it surrounded you always. He had a lovely relationship with his late aunt Betty they wrote to each other for many years and both enjoyed that so much. Those will always be my memories of that gentleman .XX
