Peacefully, in her sleep, on November 30th aged 89 years, Enid. Much loved Mam of Denise, Alan and Steven and special mother-in-law to Nikki. Devoted and loving gran and great-gran. Close cousin of Linda and Malcolm. A great friend to many. Loved by all the family.
Always in our hearts.
Family and friends please meet on Monday December 18th for service in Independent Methodist, South Hetton at 2:15pm followed by committal at Durham Crematorium at 3:30pm. Donations kindly accepted for the work of the church. A donation box will be available in the church. Please join the family afterwards for refreshments in Independent Methodist church South Hetton.

Thank you for all the years of love and devotion, for taking care of me, when times were good and bad, I have lost both a best friend and a mother, I will never forget our times together, our trips away with family and close friends, and the many happy years spent in our garden together, you are the person who gave me my green thumb.
