A Lovely Neighbour, always a smile and a wave. The little chats you had with Julian about Forest.

It was a pleasure growing up with you Jock, memories I’ll never forget, all those days on Fernwood Park, playing football and having a laugh with our mates, singing our hearts out in the Trent End watching Forest ,then when we were old enough having a pint in the Rodney and many nights in town. You were a truly loyal friend.RIP Jock.

Very sad occasion but I have memories of a good neighbour having lived next door for most of my life, never any trouble. My sympathy to sister Janice and brother in law Johnny, i am certain he very much appreciated the excellent support they both gave him.

RIP Jock, like Chris I remember walking to Russell Infants with you both, although as I was younger and much shorter I couldn't keep up with the running! Also remember regularly going to Forest with you and a bunch of other lads, you always had a great sense of humour, a very dry wit! Sleep well old friend.

R.I.P. Jock. Have some great memories from our childhood. The two of us walking together to and from Russell Infant school. Racing each other and arguing who was the fastest runner. Remember when you crushed your finger on Fernwood park. Coming round to your house after the pop van had been to get a drink of dandelion and burdock, because my mother wouldn’t buy off the van. You had a good heart mate and were a good friend. Feeling very sad.
