The death occurred peacefully at Morriston Hospital on Tuesday
21st November 2023 of Mrs Evelyn Ann Thomas aged 77,
of Pembroke Dock and known affectionately as Ann.
Devoted and loving wife of Ray.
Dearly loved Mum of Neil and mother-in-law to Joanna.
Cherished Grandma of Rhys & Nia.
The funeral service will take place on Thursday 14th December 2023 at St. John’s Church, Pembroke Dock at 11.30am prior to cremation at
Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 1.00pm.
