In loving memory of our beautiful Summer Faith Braithwaite, who sadly passed away on 29th October 2023.
Although Summer is no longer on earth with us her infectious smile will live on forever in everybody who was blessed to meet and know her.
Please find all the information regarding Summer’s day on this page. There is no dress code as we want this day to be a celebration of Summer’s life, however, bright colours are welcome to be worn.
We have organised flowers for Summer’s day, if you would like to bring some you can, however, we have attached a link to donate to Great Ormond Street Hospital in memory of Summer, instead of flowers.
If you are ordering flowers please have them delivered to the chapel in S. Stibards Rayleigh by 9am.
If you wish to follow the procession we will be leaving from Rayleigh Golf Club - Hullbridge Road SS69QS, please arrive at the golf club by 10am. Summer will be starting her final journey at 10:15am. If you wish to meet us at the crematorium you are more than welcome to.
