Rest in peace Nana Pat <3 I always enjoyed our chats - you told many heartwarming and funny stories about Charlie's Grandad, your holidays to Tenerife with Aunty Silv, what you and Charlie got up to when he was younger, and your special bond with Rocco. You were clearly loved by so many and it's easy to see why. Everyone would wish to have a Nana like you! I wish there had been more time to make more memories but I'll cherish the ones I do have and I'm so grateful that you and Cohen were able to meet <3 he'll always know about his Great Nana Pat and Great Grandad Terry - I hope you're back together once again xx

I can always remember Terry blowing his ice cream after a Sunday after noon. With David. Pat always made homemade rice pudding.for them to come home too. It was lovely. It was funny xxx
