I only met Rose briefly in Australia but I have the absolute pleasure of calling Dionne a friend. Anyone who could bring such a wonderful human as Dionne into the world and raise her must have been a true gem. Much love to Dionne and the family at this time, rest in peace Rosaleen and thank you for the gift of your wonderful daughter who has a heart of pure Gold and who loved you very much.

My name is Toni I am Richard colwell daughter. I was brought up from the age of roughly 6/7 I think... and my dad was with Rose and she brought me up. I lived with her and my dad when I was very young. And I always have good memories and I'm so gutted to hear this news. I wasnt around my dad and Rose as as adult. I hadn't seen them since my daughter was born 2016-2018. I'm so upset
Rose you was the most strongest.amazing kind hearted.
Gental.you had wisdom yet you was sassy and looked after yourself.and was genuinely a amazing person.
I'm so upset i wasn't around.
I'm so upset we ain't gonna meet again. You taught me things you had patience with me i was extremely close to you was a teenager and I am truly gutted. I hope your at peace and I hope one day we cross paths in heaven...

Rose
To my beautiful dear friend,
You were the most kind caring and genuine person I know.
You went through so many hard times,
But always carried yourself with such grace.
You were such a soft person but yet so strong.
You showed me that to forgive those that wronged us will set us free.
You lived by your principles with pride.
You gave so much love to your family and friends , yet asked for so little back .
I was so privileged to have had you in my life
You were always there for me no matter what.
Your calm understanding nature and wise words were so appreciated.
I have so many good memories of us but never enough.
I feel blessed to have had you as my dear friend.
We shared many good times and bad.
But my life has been better for having you in it.
I wish I’d spent more time with you,
We always think we’re so busy,
But then time runs out and it’s too late .
You will always hold a special place in my heart Rose, and I’m going to miss you so much .
You passed away with such dignity, the same way you lived your life .
Love you always Rose , yourll be that star in the sky that shines so bright. Keep shining . Goodbye my love , rest in peace, you’re free from pain now, reunited at last with your beloved son . Youre grand , were your last words to me and you truly were .
Forever in my heart
Lindy xxx
