The death occurred peacefully at Withybush Hospital, on Wednesday 25th October 2023 of Mr. Reginald Brian Cook affectionately known as ‘Reg’ aged 88 years of Poyers Avenue, Pembroke.
Beloved Husband of the late Maureen.
Dearly loved Dad to Nick, Andrea, Amanda and families.
The funeral Service will take place on Wednesday 8th November 2023 at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth at 11:30am.
