In loving memory of Betty Bennett who was promoted to glory on 13th September 2023 and is reunited with Alan, her husband and partner in service for over 65 years.

An incredibly talented musician. A piano teacher and accompanist for many. A beautiful and natural untrained soprano. An avid reader, cross-word puzzler and possessed the most perfect handwriting. A love of nature, especially birds. A gifted seamstress. All of these talents displayed well into her 90's.

A beloved Mum, Aunty, Grandma and Great-Grandma.

But most of all Betty is remembered for her lifetime of service as a Salvation Army Officer. Always supporting and praying for anyone in need. There with a warm smile and genuine love for all people regardless of race, religion or status.

Rest in Peace - my good and faithful servant.
