In memory of John Lawton, who passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 14th September 2023, age 61.
John was so much to so many - loving husband, amazing Dad and Grandad. Son, Brother, Uncle, Son in Law, Brother in Law, Father in Law. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him throughout his life.
We welcome all who knew and loved John to join us for a celebration of his life at Semington Crematorium on Wednesday 27th September at 15:30, onto The Wyvern Club, 51 Church Walk, Devizes, SN10 3AA.
John wished for this to be a celebration of his life, please wear what you feel is comfortable. Family flowers only, with donations to Dorothy House.

No idea if that dream was my mind playing tricks on me or you paid me a visit but if it was you, thank you so much. As much as it hurt to wake up and realise it wasn't real, it felt like I
had some really precious time with you and I really needed to hear your voice. Please don't ever let me forget the sound of your voice or the things you would say. Im so pleased you're in a better place Dad, I couldn't have watched you suffer any more than you did. But I never knew how much I could miss someone either.

Dad, I miss you every day of course but it's times like this I realise how much I really need you! We're doing a grand job finishing off the decorating you started for us. But I so wish I could call you with a thousand questions. Still doesn't feel real that you're not here with us and it's easy to forget the last few weeks ever happened. But then it hits me that you're not at the end of the phone and I need to channel my inner Dad instead. Love you always xxx
