On 8th September 2023, whilst in the safe care of The Radcliffe Care Home, Mirfield, aged 89 years, Greta, devoted wife of the late John William, beloved mum of Gary, Stephen and Michael, loving mother-in-law of Kate, Sue and Pauline , a much loved grandma and great grandma and a very dear friend to the Hargrave family.
Funeral service will be held at St Mary’s Parish Church Mirfield, on Monday 2nd October 2023 at 10.15am. Followed by a private committal at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium.
Family and friends will be made welcome at the Star Inn at Roberttown for refreshments following the service.
Family flowers only, donations in Greta’s memory may be made online or sent to George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of The Kirkwood.

Fly high and Rest In Eternal Peace Greta. You was a true Gentle Lady. I will always remember us having a sing song. I used to make you laugh. We all live in a yellow..... Tub of margerine... Instead of submarine Sleep tight lovely lady 💖
