Dave was one of the kindest, most unassuming people you could ever meet, a fantastic, kind, loving husband, a step father and a surrogate Grandad to Lucy.
He loved his garden and his beloved cat Charlie.
Although slight in stature he had the mental toughness of a prize fighter and never let things get him down.
Unfortunately later in life he developed Alzheimer’s and with reduced mobility he was unable to continue with his passion for gardening but thoroughly enjoyed his regular Saturday morning breakfasts with Lucy having, as he said, “ a bloody good laugh!”.
His family and friends will love and miss him always.
