On 9th September 2023, in hospital, of Heckmondwike and formerly of Ravensthorpe, aged 60 years, Michael, beloved son of the late Mr David and Mrs Jacqueline Garfitt, loving partner of Carolyn, much loved dad of Gemma and Jade, and father in law of Richard and Rob, remembered with much love and respect by Katie & Robert, Jonathan & Lindsay, devoted grandad of Josh, Jessica, Lexi, Phoebe, Elliott, Ella, Bobby, Joel and Bobby-George.
Funeral service will be held at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Monday 2nd October 2023 at 2pm. Friends and family please gather at the crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in his memory may be made online or sent to George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of the Rosewood Centre, Dewsbury.
So sorry to hear of Mick's passing.i worked with him at Haulfast many years ago. He was a lovely bloke and a good mate. I was asking about him a few days ago to another of the drivers, who told me the sad news. RIP Mick.
