We're very sad to let you know that Tom passed away on August 27th.
An online obituary has been set up for Tom which gives all of the funeral details, as well as an area within which you can pay your condolences, leave memories, make a donation to Cancer Research UK, and RSVP for the funeral and memorial gathering.
Tom's funeral will be held at Honor Oak Crematorium at 2.30pm on Thursday 21st September. (Honor Oak Crematorium, Brockley Way, London SE4 2LJ)

A memorial gathering will then be held at the Mansion at Beckenham Place Park from 3.30-8pm on the same day. (The Mansion, Beckenham Place Park, Beckenham BR3 5BP)

(Trains run every half an hour from Crofton Park station, a 5-minute walk from the Crematorium, to Beckenham Hill station. Trains leave at 7 and 37 minutes past the hour, and the journey takes 8 minutes. The entrance to Beckenham Place Park is opposite Beckenham Hill station, and the Mansion is a short walk up through the park)
Owing to limitations with numbers at the Crematorium and at Beckenham Place Mansion, we kindly request that children do not attend.
There is no dress code for either the funeral or the memorial gathering, other than to make an effort – one which Tom would no doubt have remarked upon!
If you would like to, please bring a photo of Tom to the memorial gathering. There will be a book of condolence in which to put photos and write about our shared memories.
Please use the 'Attend Funeral' tab on the obituary to let us know if you are able to attend the funeral, the memorial, or both or neither.

Beautiful boy.
I have had to do this in many sittings. I have found it hard to put any words down. All the feels get in the way.
You were so special to me in so many ways.
Time spent with you was always real, free and full of love.
I can hear your voice and your laugh now. So many memories. You will always be with me I know that.
