In loving memory of Philip Eric Pollard who sadly passed away on 22nd August 2023
Philip was born in Retford to Eric and Mary Pollard.
He was the eldest of eight brothers and sisters.
After moving to Kirkby working for a paint company and the home brewery for a short while, he joined the police force in 1972 spending 30 yrs in various roles. He met Jenny, the love of his life, in the late 60s married and recently celebrated their 51st anniversary.
They had two children Trudie and Clare and two beloved grandchildren Fearne and Owen.
Philip was a family man who thought the world of his family. He was kind and generous and was a good friend to many. Having a wicked sense of humour he enjoyed life and lived it to the max.
Much loved and sadly missed.
