In lovely memory of David Martyn Cox. Who died on Saturday 26th August 2023 aged 38. At Southampton General Hospital.
David fought leukaemia for over 3 years, unfortunately his battle came to an end but too soon. He fought so hard and in the end David got sepsis and his poor body couldn’t fight it.
As a family we are truly heartbroken. David was so special to us. A big hole has now been created in our life’s. David loved laughter, he was the most funniest person you would ever meet. He loved his family so much and we were all his world. David was a big Manchester United fan. So we are asking if you have a Man U top please wear it, or something red or casual.
We are asking for donations to cancer research leukaemia instead of flowers. Link is on this page to a just giving page.
As David’s passing is so raw to us and we feel this isn’t a celebration. We are only holding a close family wake. Thank you for your understanding.

Funeral takes place 19th September 2023 - 2pm

The time is almost here when we have to say our final goodbyes to you Dave it’s going to be the hardest thing as a family to do I hope you will be looking down on us and be proud you will always be in hearts forever you left us with your beautiful boys so we will always have a part of you and we thank you for that we can watch them grow it to men and if they turn out like you they will be wonderful human beings we love and miss you so much it hurts every day and you will always be part of our family your name will be mention every time we are all together you will never be forgotten our beautiful son ❤️❤️
