It's been lovely getting to know Linda since she came to the UK in 2020. We were delighted she was able to be at our wedding last year and I have had some enjoyable meals out with Linda and Sue during the last 3 years. A lovely, brave lady. She will be missed.

In loving memory of Linda Jean Morris who sadly passed away on 6th August 2023
Linda spent her early life in Nottingham and moved to Canada in 1980. She married Ean Morton and they enjoyed many happy years together. She became stepmother to Evan and Erica.
After Ean's death Linda started making plans to return to Nottingham which she did in 2020 during the Covid era (having to quarantine for 2 weeks on arrival). She secured a flat close to her friend Sue and got great pleasure from making it homely and comfortable.
Linda was diagnosed with cervical cancer in June 2021 and underwent many rounds of chemotherapy and spells of relative wellness before her final hospitalisation in July 2023.
Linda was a positive, clever and witty lady who will be sadly missed by all those who knew her.

Out for supper in Toronto 2013.We always met up when we were over in Canada on holiday.Tony & Ean were very close cousins and we kept in touch with Linda by phone & for meals when she was over here in Nottingham. A kind & lovely lady who will be missed.💕
