In loving memory of Roy Baker who sadly passed away on 27th July 2023
Roy was a truly special lecturer at Keswick Hall. He guided me through my three years there. Great leader for study weeks at The Gower and Seahouses, but especially remembered for trips to Wheatfen, a place he loved so well. I spent my 49th Wedding Anniversary at the Reserve today, reliving the walks and thinking of him. Fondest farewell. David.
Words alone do not suffice the heartfelt sorrow of the loss of our Roy.
I will miss the always happy nature and big warm hello even though I would not see him from month to sometimes years, Roy always made it feel like a had been round for a cuppa just the other day
With fondest memories, never to be forgotten
