Sadly passed away at home surrounded by family on the 6th August after a short battle with cancer.
Beloved wife of Adam, loving Mum to Samantha, Lee and Shane as well as a much loved sister and grandmother. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her..
Funeral will take place at Semington Crematorium on the 1st September at 9am followed by a celebration of her life at Wetherspoons in Devizes. Please wear a touch of pink as this was one of Jackie's wishes.
Any donations collected will be divided between Dorothy House and Anne the Elephant at Longleat as per Jackie's wishes.
