On the sands of time, you have left your footprints with glory. Everyone will know your name, dear uncle and shall recall your story.
We are never ready to say goodbye forever, even though we know it is a part of life. On this day, our hearts are heavy for losing someone so special, but we also celebrate your life as we mourn your death. Rest in peace.

Chris I write this message with a broken heart, to know I won't see your friendly smile, as you walk in to the flower shop to see your daughter, I have lit a candle so you can see it from heaven, and watch over your loved ones, rest in peace Chris 🙏 🙏🙏

I will so miss your big booming hello there and sticking your dentures at me. Talking football even though mine is better than yours . And needing a go between as we're both deaf

Great grandad, although I didn’t get the chance to meet you, I heard your laughter and your jokes. I were able to to hear your voice. And I’m grateful for that. I love you.

So sadly missed and now in heaven with his loved ones who preceded him, also with his fellow Belfast man, my late husband Bill. He and Chris and brothers celebrated Paddys night. Chris was a lovely man with a great sense of humour. Rest in peace Chris. My thoughts are with Ann his dear wife and family. From Shirl Stewart. Georginas auntie in law.

Grandad I’m going to miss you so much, even though I was always quiet and I hardly came down, when I did you always made me feel welcome into your home and you always made me laugh every time I came round. Now I wish I wasn’t all ways quiet and that I spoke to you more and wished I could of seen you a lot more, I’m just glad I got to say goodbye.
I love you and miss you

Uncle Christy.. you were such a bright light in everyone’s lives. A hilarious, positive, upbeat but also a pure and honourable man and another person I am so grateful my children got to know. You will forever be missed. Love you always and forever xxx

To chris,
I came into your family not knowing what I'd find,
I was nervous and afraid but you gentle eased my mind,
You made me feel right at home
from the first day we met.
You welcomed me with open arms and that I will never forget.
Loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. Another star shinning bright.
All my love Nicola xxx
